The 100% Finnish-owned and managed FillFinn Ltd was established in 2019 as a subsidiary of the staffing and recruitment company, Kaiku HR Oy, headquartered in Rauma and with branch offices in Rauma, Turku, Tampere, Oulu and Espoo, in Finland.
With over 20 years of expertise in HR and talent consulting services, Fillfinn focuses on supporting professionals from India in entering the Finnish job market. We want to make these transitions as smooth as possible for both employers and employees, ensuring that everyone stays up-to-date and well-informed.
Fillfinn does not use intermediaries or agencies – instead we work directly with jobseekers and companies, providing talent consulting services that connect talent with opportunities. All opportunities are located in Finland, with the potential for long-term employment in the country’s top companies.
